Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to deliver high-quality mental health services through a virtual platform. This role enables counselors to expand their private practices by accepting insurance, simplifying administrative tasks, and increasing earnings. The position focuses on enhancing client access to care, supporting professional growth, and providing exceptional mental health services in a convenient and secure virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional mental health counseling to clients via a virtual platform.

Accept insurance from major plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, to increase accessibility.

Manage practice operations efficiently, including scheduling, secure messaging, documentation, and assessments, using integrated practice management tools.

Maintain compliance with insurance and legal requirements, with access to ongoing support and resources.

Facilitate client engagement with instant insurance verification and streamlined intake processes.

Participate in continuing education to support professional development and licensure requirements.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Active LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP license (state-specific licensure accepted) and a valid NPI number.

Current malpractice insurance coverage.

Commitment to providing high-quality mental health care and expanding access for clients through insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience launching or growing a private practice.

Familiarity with virtual practice management systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Interest in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
